Job Description

6-month contract Salesforce Consultant role working with an enterprise organization supporting the transformation for their contact centre.

6-month contract Program Manager role
Supporting the transformation of contact centre technologies
Hybrid work environment located in Vancouver, 3 days a week in office

What & Why:
As a result of investment in technology, our client is looking to add a Salesforce Techno-functional Consultant to their call centre technology team working on a transformation program. This team has recently gone live with Salesforce and is looking to add a salesforce consultant to their team. This role is pivotal in optimizing and enhancing the Salesforce Service Cloud platform to support the teams customer service and engagement operations. You should have a deep understanding of both the technical and functional aspects of Salesforce Service Cloud and will be responsible for driving the platform's evolution to meet the needs of our rapidly growing customer support teams. They are located close to rapid transit in newly renovated offices in downtown Vancouver and have a hybrid work environment, with 3 days a week in office.

You:
You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:

5+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, with a focus on Service Cloud, ideally within a customer service or support environment.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Certified Administrator are required.
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, including configuration, customization, and integration.

Compensation: this role pays between $80-110 per hour
