Job Description

We are a construction company specializing in roofing and waterproofing jobs in Burnaby. We have residential, commercial and industrial, and maintenance projects all year round.We are seeking a skilled Roofer to join our team. The Roofer will be responsible for repairing, maintaining, and installing roofs on various structures. The ideal candidate will have experience in roofing and be able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

*Duties*

- Install new roofs using materials such as shingles, metal, asphalt, SBS, EPDM etc.

- Perform routine maintenance on existing roofs

- Inspect roofs for damage and determine the best repair procedures

- Use hand tools to cut, shape, and fit materials to ensure proper installation

- Work with heavy materials and perform tasks that require physical strength

- Apply caulking and other sealants to protect against water damage

*Qualifications*

- Proven experience as a Roofer

- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans

- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools

- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship

- Ability to work at heights and perform heavy lifting tasks

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in various weather conditions
