Duties of a Prep Cook include:

Wage negotiable, based on experience
Requirements
Minimum of 1 years' experience in a professional kitchen
Food Safe, Level 1
First Aid Level 1, preferred but not mandatory
Ability to multi-task
Strong communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Can work independently and with a team

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and cook menu items to corporate specifications
- Maintain food quality
- Handle food while maintaining sanitation standards
- Daily cleaning and upkeep of work environment
- Setting & restocking service stations
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Hours and shifts may vary. Includes working evenings, weekends and holidays.
Wage negotiable, based on experience
