Working in this area, you will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Microsoft applications. Meaningful work you'll be a part of
As a Microsoft Alliance Sales Director, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Your role will encompass the following responsibilities:

• Achiev e sales and revenue targets with minimal oversight and direction.
• Proactively identify and initiat e sales opportunities based on your existing contacts, Microsoft stakeholders or PwC account team members .
• Build and sustain long term trusted relationships with clients, key stakeholders at Microsoft and PwC team members .
• Use your understanding of the Microsoft technology stack and solution selling to quickly qualify and scope new opportunities .
• Partner with the right stakeholders at your clients , Microsoft & within PwC to evolve and shape complex sales opportunities.
• Successfully build solutions consisting of multiple distinct capabilities within our organization to bring a comprehensive differentiated solution to our clients.
• Drive and manage the internal process to develop a proposal/ SoW and get it approved
• Negotiate contact details and pricing with the client and ask for the business
• Develop solutions with Microsoft which you can jointly take to our clients.
• Navigate and manag e a complex network of client stakeholders (buyers, influencers & blockers) .
• Partner with PwC account teams to develop and maintain an annual sales plan and account strategies for key accounts.
• Effectively use internal tools (CRM) to manage your pipeline of opportunities .
• Successfully navigat e a complex internal organization consisting of dozens of distinct capabilities and practices .
• Thrive in an unstructured and evolving team environment .

Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
• Have carried and met a personal sales quota for 5+ years
• Extensive knowledge of professional services selling (5+ years) and i deally you would have worked at a large professional services firm
• Significant experience (5+ years) with helping clients adopt Microsoft technologies
• Excellent existing relationships with key stakeholders at Microsoft
• High degree of professionalism, diplomacy, confidence, resilience and patience
• Effectively communicate, consult with others, develop relationships quickly, both internally and externally .
• Excellent judgment and strong problem- solving skills, including the ability to analyze and understand the impact of relevant options
• High energy and focus to perform under short time constraints and meet tight deadlines
• Exceptional self-starter, both team oriented and able to work autonomously

The salary range* for this position is $ 162,200.00 - $ 270,200.00 , plus individuals may be eligible for an annual bonus payment. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon your skills, experience, qualifications and geographic location.

*Please note that the salary range for this position is reflected for our British Columbia region. Given our national recruiting approach, we recruit (and may hire) in other regions and therefore the salary range may differ depending on the work location.
