Job Description
Do you have a passion for selling/sales? Are you driven to make a good living $$? Would you enjoy selling fun recreational products that appeal to a variety of end users including but not limited to: camping, backyard cooking, and hunting and shooting sports? Can you appreciate the support of a team environment but also thrive by working independently to achieve goals?
We want an outgoing self-motivated sales driven individual to represent many great outdoor recreational brands in the province of British Columbia. Is that YOU?
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and grow our business by securing orders with existing and potential dealers, distributors, and mass merchants in your region.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations that highlight the features and benefits of our products.
- Conduct product knowledge seminars to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Represent our brand at local and out-of-town trade shows and meetings, fostering strong industry relationships.
- Travel within your assigned territory 3-4 days per week to meet with clients and drive sales growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of proven sales experience with a track record of driving business growth.
- A candidate who can build strong in-person relationships through road sales is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to effectively balance tasks and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- A Possession and Acquisition License (PAL) or willingness to obtain one through required courses.
- A college diploma or higher in marketing or a related field (preferred).
- Candidates based in the lower mainland of BC preferred.
