Our team delivers strategic and operational consulting services related to organizational effectiveness, human resource planning and transformation. From developing talent strategies and managing behavioural change to optimizing both the workforce and HR function, our knowledgeable advice enables improved performance from our clients' people and their organizations.

What you will do
As a Manager in our People and Change practice, you will be a key member of a high performing team. You'll be learning from some of the best in the industry and growing your personal skillset as you :

  • Manage consulting teams in the delivery of client engagements, including planning and coordinating the day-to-day work of the team.
  • Support business development by co-developing and co-presenting client proposals and thought leadership, maintaining relationships with prospective and past clients as well as with alliance partners.
  • Manage client engagement administration including contract development, monitoring of time and expenses, invoicing, risk management and compliance.
  • Driving quality project deliverables, contributing to hands-on delivery of research and analysis, and application of frameworks and methodologies to achieve client objectives.

Markers of career progression in this role include: increasing size and complexity of client engagements; being seen as a leader and trusted advisor by clients; increasing leadership of business development activities; and development of team members to be more productive and autonomous.
