Ever wanted to get hands-on experience with innovative talent technology tools used by a global company? This is your chance! As a Co-op student on our Global Talent Technology (GTT) team based in Vancouver, you'll be at the forefront of supporting multiple geographically dispersed client groups. Gain valuable experience in application configuration, deployment, data analysis, and operational support, impacting the entire employee lifecycle.
Our ideal candidate has a high level of attention to detail and can use their data analysis skills to identify areas for process optimization. Your technical background will be instrumental in understanding and supporting our various talent technology tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Evaluating, configuring, deploying, and supporting commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products, while resolving critical application errors and incoming support tickets.
- Crafting comprehensive documentation, guides, and infographics to support various user groups and processes.
- Finding innovative ways to automate repetitive and manual tasks using scripts in addition to the development of lean self-serve web applications using Power Automate.
- Conducting regular data cleansing, data modelling, and data analysis with Python, Excel and Power BI, including crafting monthly and quarterly dashboards.
- Proficiency in Python with knowledge and understanding of libraries like pandas and requests.
- Demonstrable understanding of how to use RESTful APIs. Familiarity with authorization frameworks (e.g., OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, SCIM) is a plus.
- Experience in front-line customer service or technical support, with the ability to clearly communicate sophisticated technical concepts to non-technical collaborators.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and their benefits, enabling effective collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement within a team environment.
- Experience with Power Platform applications and/or Relational Databases are a plus
- Must be enrolled in a recognized and accreditedCanadian post-secondary institution throughout the duration of the term, available for full-time work, and willing to relocate to Vancouver, BC if currently studying outside of Metro Vancouver.
