THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Seasonal Barista, A-OK Café, has:

Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in:
- Serving It Right certification is an asset
A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
Ability to work 3 shifts within our operating hours of 7:30am-10pm
An understanding and passion for the Food & Beverage and/or Retail industry in which we operate
The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE LOGISTICS

As a Seasonal Barista, you have:

The ability to work shifts up to 8.5 hours in length, at least 3 days per week, within our operating hours of 7:30AM - 10:30PM your local time, 7 days per week (including evenings and weekends)
The ability to work a variable shift schedule
The ability to work during peak sales events From 2 December - 2 February (time off requests during these times will not be approved)
