Join a team of business professionals who work with clients to help deliver on their risk transformation. Working in a diverse team, you will help our clients identify process, performance and people and lead the development of meaningful solutions to deliver sustainable change. Consultants in our Financial Services Industry Aligned Team enable banks, insurers and other financial institutions to innovate, improve and achieve high performance. You will join a team that will challenge you and invest in your professional development. You'll get a chance to work with a high performing team that helps clients through a range of services including strategy and operations, business transformation, customer experience, and risk and regulatory consulting. The practice area is a highly collaborative and entrepreneurial work environment and is an area of significant investment and growth for the firm.
Meaningful work you'll be part of
As a Financial Services Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead the delivery of engagements on topics including : Risk Strategy and Operations, Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk Management and Risk, Regulatory Reporting, Transformation enabled by Risk/Regulatory Technology and Data Analytics capabilities and Operating model optimization across the different lines of defense.

• Prepare and review engagement deliverables to meet PwC and client quality expectations

• Collaborate with Financial Services clients, PwC account teams and the wider consulting practice to: Support development of Risk and Regulatory Transformation opportunities to solve key client challenges and Lead or support proposal development for Finance Transformation opportunities, including responding to RFPs .

• Support the Engagement Director and Partner in managing engagement risk and project economics

• Perform role of coach and actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities

• Promote and encourage others to value difference when working in diverse teams

• Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct

• Contribute to effective employee engagement, mentoring and coaching

Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
• Industry and Consulting experience

• Big 4 consulting background is an asset

• Solid understanding of leading practices for risk and regulatory transformation

• Experience with risk and regulatory transformation enabled by technology and data analytics

• A proven track record of successful project completion and a demonstrated ability to manage client communications and expectations

• Working expertise or strong understanding in many, if not all, of the core areas of non-financial risks .

• Demonstrated project management skills including experience of agile delivery approaches

• A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences, developing and coaching diverse teams, and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard

• Self-starter with the ability to drive complex outcomes
