Field Specialist Role
The key focus of this role is to work through complex customer issues. They will work closely with all Technicians and Contractors to ensure all standard levels of First Time Right are met and provide coaching/mentorship. The Technicians will reach out to the Field Specialist if they are faced with a problem and need some guidance. In addition, the role would also facilitates training for technicians.
The successful candidate will report to the Field Operations Manager and work closely with all operations teams.

In certain provinces (e.g. British Columbia) you are required to obtain and maintain a valid security worker licence to perform your position's duties. If applicable, you must obtain the required license and provide proof of satisfactory to the Company that you have obtained it on or before your start date.

Travel Requirements: Up to 10%

What you'll be doing:
- Diagnose and/or correct complex technical problems for customers and responding to customer escalations.
- Provide ongoing mentorship and coaching to Technicians.
- Install new Rogers services and products needed to complete installation work as assigned or requested.
- Facilitation of training for Technicians.
- Leveraging your ability by coordinating onsite complex installations
- Collaborate closely with our Product, Sales, and Engineering teams on new product rollouts.
- Lastly, you will identify learning and improvement opportunities and provide valuable feedback to various stakeholders
What you bring:
- Unwavering dedication to customer experience
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in leadership, training, or related field experience
- Strong Commitment to seeing others succeed, and passion for business acceleration.
- Ability to work independently and have rock solid organizational skills.
- Goal oriented with the ability to work in a fast paced, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment.
- Able to perform and work safely in all types of conditions - indoor and outdoor.
- Ability to perform all aspects of the job including (but not limited to) the climbing of ladders, working in confined spaces and the safe operation of hand tools.
- Maintain a valid driver's license and must provide a driver's abstract annually.
