We are currently seeking anExecutive Business Support Specialistto join our team in Burnaby, British Columbia (CA-BC), Canada (CA).

As anExecutive Business Support Specialistwithin ourKnowledge Management and Communications Team, your mission will be to produce executive-level presentations, reports, business cases, case studies, that drive strategic decisions and innovation. You will play a pivotal role in translating complex concepts into clear, impactful presentations, and reports.

What you'll do day-to-day-

•Create compelling presentations using PowerPoint, combining data and graphic design principles to effectively communicate complex information

•Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with various internal team leads to meet deadlines and ensure presentations, reports, and content meet corporate brand standards, expectations, and represent NTT DATA and/or our clients appropriately

•Design and build out high-quality creative assets for presentation slides

•Support executive-led projects from concept to completion, incorporating feedback and managing timelines

•Partner with the communications lead to ensure messaging, writing supports visual concepts and executive direction/goals

•Coordinate and provide writing support for presentations, reports, proposals, including reviewing/editing content for clarity

•Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines

Qualifications

•Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred but will accept relative industry experience in lieu of degree Note: In lieu of degree, we require 4+ years of relevant, proven experience

•2+ years of experience in a consulting role, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked with larger consulting firms and/or organizations

•Preference will be given to candidates who have a portfolio or past work examples to share

•Deep understanding of PowerPoint's features to enhance clarity, engagement, and persuasion in presentations.

•Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

•Motivated, self-starter attitude with a passion for continuous learning and staying informed about sector developments.

•Adept at working collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently.

•A keen interest in the IT sector, especially in healthcare and public sectors.

•Based in BC, preferably Metro Vancouver
