Reporting to the eLearning Advisor, the eLearning Assistant provides Tier 1 technical and customer/client support on the Learning Hub. The eLearning Assistant develops eLearning tools according to professional instructional design and technical standards using approved content from subject-matter experts. This position requires a high level of technical understanding for the development of eLearning content for the web (development for LMS and SCORM compliance). This position requires a knowledge of interface design and expertise in Articulate Storyline, Articulate Studio Pro, and Moodle.
Shift Rotation/Hours of work: Monday to Friday, Days - 08:00 to 12:00

Qualfications
• Grade 12.
• Graduation from a recognized two-year computer systems technology diploma program. Two (2) years' recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Skills and Abilities:
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to organize work.
• Ability to deal with others effectively.
• Ability to operate related equipment.
• Ability to type.
• Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
