Our client, a respected mid-sized law firm in downtown Vancouver, is offering an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Finance Professional with a proven track record in law firm operations. This full-time position is perfect for a candidate who has mastered financial management and operational excellence in a legal environment.

The right candidate will report directly to the Managing Partners and will play a critical part in financial management, operational oversight, and team leadership.

What You’ll Do:

· Manage daily finance and office operations.

· Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, and analyses.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

· Process bi-monthly payroll and remit taxes.

· Oversee trust and general bank reconciliations.

· Manage benefit programs and liaise with providers.

· Conduct partners' equity accounting and maintain capital accounts.

· Prepare weekly cash flow projections and assist with external audits.

· Lead recruitment, onboarding, and team development.

· Perform quarterly profitability analysis and recommend process improvements.

· Support a motivated and cohesive team environment.

What You Need:

· CPA designation or equivalent experience.

· Minimum of 5 years in a management role, preferably within a law firm.

· Strong communication and technical skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.

· Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
