Vous pourrez combiner votre expertise en services-conseils à votre expertise technique et sectorielle pour créer et fournir des solutions de données infonuagiques novatrices.En vous consacrant principalement à l'architecture des données infonuagiques et aux activités de développement et d'exploitation (DevOps), vous collaborerez avec des équipes internes et des clients pour modéliser et mettre en œuvre des solutions de données Azure, mettre à profit des services infonuagiques et établir une base solide pour l'exécution, la gestion et la modulation de leurs applications axées sur les données.

As an Azure Data Solutions Architect, Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Leadership and Client Engagement
• Lead cross-functional teamsin developing and proposing technical cloud-based data solutions, including proposals and statements of work.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and translating them into strategic cloud data solutions.
• Provide thought leadership and strategic directionin the adoption of cloud data technologies, ensuring alignment with clients' business objectives.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Collaborate with stakeholdersto identify and prioritize data use cases for implementation.
Solution Architecture and Delivery
• Architect and design comprehensive data solutionsleveraging Azure services, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Develop reference architectures and best practice approachesto optimize clients' cloud data adoption, performance, security, and cost models.
• Analyze complex business and technical requirementsand translate them into effective data designs and implementation plans.
• Oversee the executionof data migration and modernization projects, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Identify technical requirementsfor data use cases and build detailed implementation plans.
Innovation and Thought Leadership
• Stay up-to-datewith emerging technologies and industry trends in cloud computing and data analytics.
• Identify and build reusable and repeatable data-focused cloud patterns and artifactsthat the practice can bring to market.
• Be an active memberof the technology community and share your knowledge and expertise.
Collaboration and Teamwork
• Collaborate effectivelywith internal teams and clients to implement cloud-based data architectures.
• Promote knowledge sharingwithin the team and across the organization.
• Participate as a technical team leaderwhile engaging in multiple concurrent cloud-focused data projects.
• Facilitate meetings and discussionswith internal and external clients to align on project objectives and deliverables.
Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
• Extensive relevant experience working as a data engineer, data architect, or in a related capacity.
• Demonstrated experiencein cloud data technologies (especially Azure), project execution, and data architecture.
• Experience in implementing and scaling cloud-based data projects, focusing on:
• Cloud data technology architectures and solutions, including data warehousing, data lakes, and hybrid cloud deployments.
• Change management practices, including organizational models, roles/responsibilities, and technology tooling and automation.
• Data modernization strategies and tooling.
• Supporting the migration from legacy data systems to modern cloud-based platforms.
• Working in waterfall, scrum, agile, and other methodologies.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with experience in a consulting environment, including business presentations and technical writing.
• As a requirement, a Secret Security Clearance is mandatory for all staff who'll be engaged on these assignments. Technical experience in many of the following areas:
• Cloud Data Technology Expertise:Extensive experience with Azure data services, including Azure SQL Database, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake Storage, and Azure Cosmos DB.
• Data Integration and ETL/ELT:Proficiency in using tools like Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Logic Apps for data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration.
• Big Data and Analytics:Hands-on experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and implementing scalable analytics solutions on Azure.
• Business Intelligence and Reporting:Knowledge of Power BI, data visualization best practices, and experience designing and implementing BI solutions.
• Data Governance and Security:In-depth understanding of data governance frameworks, data quality management, metadata management, and implementing security best practices in Azure.
• Machine Learning and AI:Familiarity with Azure Machine Learning services and integrating AI capabilities into data solutions.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC):Proficiency in using tools like Terraform, Ansible, Bicep, and ARM templates for automating data infrastructure deployment and management.
• DevOps for Data:Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines for data solutions using tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Scripting and Automation:Strong scripting skills in Python, SQL, or Scala for data processing and automation.
• Networking and Security:Understanding of cloud networking concepts as they relate to data solutions, including private endpoints, firewalls, and encryption.
PwC BC Region Pay Range Information
The salary range* for this position is $144,200 - $241,200, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual bonus payment. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon your skills, experience, qualifications and geographic location .
