In this role, you will be a crucial support to our senior management team, contributing to the dynamic world of digital marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Calendar Mastery: Skillfully manage and maintain executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
• Writing Expertise: Exhibit strong writing skills, assisting in content creation for various platforms, including social media.
• Document Artistry: Prepare and edit correspondence, memos, presentations, and other documents with precision and attention to detail.
• Analytical Prowess: Assist in preparing reports, analyzing data, and conducting research to inform strategic decision-making.
• Communication Hub: Act as a primary point of contact between executives, team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Administrative Stewardship: Provide essential administrative support, including filing, record-keeping, and managing office supplies.
• Personal Touch: Assist with personal tasks such as reservations, coordinating personal appointments, and managing personal calendars.
• Project Collaboration: Contribute to special projects and other tasks as assigned by the executive team.
• Confidentiality Guardian: Handle confidential information with discretion, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.

• Passion for Digital Marketing: Must have knowledge and understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, demonstrating the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy across all aspects of work.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software such as SharePoint, ClickUp, and HubSpot.
• Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to navigate a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgments independently.
• Professional Demeanor: Professional demeanor and the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.

Please note: This role is primarily remote, but requires the applicant to be in the Greater Vancouver Area multiple times a year, therefore hybrid.

COMPENSATION:

The annual total compensation package for this role ranges from CAD 45,000 to CAD 55,000. This comprehensive package includes a competitive base salary, performance-based bonuses, and a robust benefits plan.
