Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our team on a remote basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial records, reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, and providing financial insights to support business decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Provide support during audits and tax filings
Collaborate with other team members to streamline financial processes
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proven experience as an Accountant or Bookkeeper
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
CPA designation or working towards certification is a plus
