C&O Apparel is a leading apparel design and manufacturing company located in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada. Founded in 1981 as Oceanic Sportswear, the company later merged with Cascadia Fashions Resources to form C&O Apparel in 2010. Current President, Simpson Ma, who took over the company in 1995, has created sustainability by consistently offering the best possible product at the best possible price.

C&O Apparel operates a state of the art 83,000 sq ft manufacturing facility with approximately 200 employees in Canada to service our domestic customers as well as our international customers in the United States, Mexico, Australia, Korea, Japan and Taiwan.

In addition to producing garments for our own brands, we also manufacture private labels for retail clients around the world. To complement our Canadian manufacturing capabilities, we have also developed strong and reliable supply chains with apparel producers in Asia.
