Fortinet is looking for an enthusiastic and talented DevOps Specialist to join our FortiGuard team. You will be involved with testing, deploying, and monitoring services. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the computer network security industry while working and learning from a team of talented peers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain test environments involving various applications, network devices, and servers • Help developers set up test networking environments and/or reproduce customer issues • Designing and developing the DevOps infrastructure • Streamlining the workflow with automation • Monitor and troubleshoot services • Always be looking to improve the reliability of the services under our care
Job Skills Required:

• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, firewalls, and switching • Knowledge of Windows and Unix/Linux platforms • Familiar with system installations, configurations, and troubleshooting • Knowledge of at least one scripting language: Shell, Perl, Python, etc • Experience with different virtualization environments such as VMware, Openstack. • Excellent language skills in English - oral and written
Experience in any of the following is an asset:

• Prior experience with running and maintaining a 24/7 global service. • Experience with a cloud provider, GCP, AWS, Azure.
Educational Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or similar
